Tim brings his talents as a portfolio analyst assisting the firm’s investment committee in reviewing holdings and tax friendly strategies for affluent clients, corporate retirement plans and foundations. These include custom portfolios to help alleviate taxes, help executives with public and private companies with concentrated positions diversify, comply with compliance and conflict of interest rules; help foundations and corporations comply with regulatory oversight while meeting investment objectives.  

Tim retired in 2017 as Portfolio Manager and Analyst—of the Natural Resources with 5 billion of assets for T. Rowe Price & Associates. He joined T. Rowe Price in 2001 as an equity analyst before becoming a portfolio manager in 2010. He managed the New Era fund from 2010 to 2013 and managed the energy and natural resources portions of T. Rowe Price’s Small Cap Value, Small Cap Stock and New Horizons funds from 2013 to 2017. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Tim was an investment banking analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden School of Graduate Business (University of Virginia). Mr. Parker’s experience with a large institution and his extensive familiarity with the capital markets provide the Company with valuable insight.
